Transferable is not the same as adjacent
Renewables hiring is defined by a supply gap that will not close soon, so almost every search involves a judgement about which candidates from oil and gas, utilities, infrastructure or construction can convert successfully. Some capabilities move across cleanly, particularly large capital project delivery and grid engineering. Others, notably origination and route to market, depend on relationships and regulatory knowledge that do not travel.
We map those adjacencies explicitly for each brief rather than applying a blanket rule, and we are candid about which parts of a specification are slowing a search down.
