How we work
A deliberately narrow model
Synerjy was founded to do search properly at a time when much of the recruitment industry had drifted toward volume. Our model is deliberately narrow. We cover a defined set of disciplines, we staff each of them with consultants who have direct functional experience, and we headhunt rather than advertise. Across more than 2,000 placements in 27 countries, that approach has produced a retained placement success rate of 94% against an industry average of 49%.
Our consultants and researchers bring over 200 combined years of specialist experience. Every search is handled by someone who understands the talent landscape in their area from the inside, supported by a dedicated research function that maps competitor organisations properly rather than searching a database.
