They are looking for a driven Direct Sales Advisor to generate new business, cross-sell multiple services, and deliver excellent customer service within a target-driven environment. They are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Advisor to join their sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional utility and business services to commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Generate quotations for new and existing business customers. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls. Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions. Handle objections confidently and negotiate to successfully close sales. Identify cross-selling opportunities across a range of business services. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining high levels of productivity and customer service.

Candidate Requirements Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in B2B sales, with utility or water industry experience highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Flexible, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
