They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth of their Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) product portfolio across the United States. This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting complex technical sales initiatives within government, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned customer accounts. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, government contractors, and key industry stakeholders. Develop sales pipelines, manage opportunities, and drive customer engagements from initial contact through design wins and commercial agreements. Work closely with sales leadership and product teams to develop customer-focused solutions. Act as the customer advocate internally, ensuring market needs and feedback influence product strategy. Provide technical guidance on PNT solutions, including positioning, navigation, timing, and inertial technologies. Understand customer technical challenges and propose tailored solutions that deliver business value. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Support long-term customer programmes and complex design-in projects.
Candidate Requirements 4+ years of experience developing and managing OEM customer accounts. 4+ years of technical sales or business development experience within PNT, aerospace, defence, or related technology markets. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or another relevant technical discipline. Strong understanding of PNT technologies, including: Inertial Navigation Systems Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) MEMS and inertial sensors Assured positioning and timing solutions Proven experience selling into government, aerospace, defence, or industrial OEM markets. Experience managing complex, long-term technical sales cycles and design-in programmes. Ability to build relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with government prime contractor procurement processes is preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
